     I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT  #101043 and a Registered Play Therapist. I have a private practice at Sync Counseling Center in Sierra Madre. I received my Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Clinical Psychology, Marriage Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. 

    I specialize in working with children that have behavioral issues through play therapy. I work from a child centered, nuerorelational approach in play therapy. I have a play room dedicated to my work with children. Likewise, I work with teens, adults, premarital couples, couples, parents (working on parenting skills), and families.

    Furthermore, I am now a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) Facilitator as well. I provide LSP in individual therapy sessions as well as in group settings. LSP helps individuals to persevere through challenges, develop social/emotional skills and become creative problem solvers. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method provides valuable learning opportunities that empower participants. It enhances self-awareness and problem-solving abilities, while also promoting collaboration among peers, while creating 3-D models. 

    Last but not least, I work with expecting parents and women struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety. However, one of my specialities, which is near and dear to my heart is, my work with families of Autism or special needs.
